Victory for Rob Fenn in Lotus Cup UK at Brands Hatch

Rob Fenn narrowly defeated Adrian Hall in round three of Lotus Cup UK as the championship supported the DTM at Brands Hatch. The pair, who both suffered poor starts to their seasons, battled throughout the hour-long race, with the lead changing hands but two decisive moves from Fenn signalled his determination to win. The first came in the early stages and as Fenn ran around the outside of Hall through both Paddock Hill and Druids bends, he had the inside line for Graham Hill to take the lead. Victory for Gregory Rasse in Lotus Cup Europe Dijon

Gregory Rasse proved to be too quick for Jon Walker in the battle of the V6 drivers as Lotus Cup Europe headed to Dijon-Prenois. The Englishman's Exige was the class of the field in qualifying but when it came to the races, his Belgian rival was able to keep up the pressure in the Evora, taking the lead on both occasions. Lotus Praga LMP2 finished the 6 Hours of Spa with two cars at its second race with the new Lotus Praga T128 LMP2. #32 Position 7 (LMP2) Thomas Holzer (GER) – Dominik Kraihamer (AUT) – Jan Charouz (CZE) #31 Position 8 (LMP2) Kevin Weeda (USA) – Vitantonio Liuzzi (ITA) – James Rossiter (GBR) Thomas Holzer, Dominik Kraihamer and Jan Charouz in car #32 ended up in seventh position in LMP2 class. Lotus Praga LMP2 is heading for Belgium for the second race of the 2013 FIA World Endurance Championship this weekend. The venue for the 6 Hours of Spa is the legendary Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps located in the Belgian Ardennes. The track is 7.004 km in length and one of the longest and most demanding on the calendar. V6-powered Bentley denies Jewell’s crown at Silverstone

A thrilling battle for the lead of the second round of the 2013 Lotus Cup UK Championship was fought between the Evora of Andrew Bentley and Marcus Jewell’s 2-Eleven, with the former taking the honours on the  Silverstone Grand Prix circuit. The pair fought from the very first lap, along with Adrian Hall, until he made the first of a series of unscheduled pitstops. Lotus Cup Eastern Europe gets underway this weekend

The Lotus Cup Eastern Europe (LCEE) organised in Hungary by Egon Burkus i.e. GFS Motorsport in 2011. This is the first, Hungarian based official racing series for Eastern European drivers. The first challenge this year will be held 27-28 April on the Hungaroring circuit in Hungary, as part of the Hungarian National Championship. New era for Lotus Cup Europe as inaugural championship kicks off at the Nürburgring

The first race for Lotus Cup Europe as an FIA International Series took place at the Nürburgring this weekend and saw victories for V6 powered machinery. Belgium’s Greg Rasse swapped the lead with French 2-Eleven driver Jeremy Lourenço several times before taking the opening race win of 2013. V6 powered Exige wins its debut race

Jon Walker powered the Exige V6 Cup to victory in its debut race on the Snetterton 300 circuit yesterday (7 April), as the 2013 Lotus Cup UK season got underway. The Lotus Cup Europe pacesetter was unable to match polesitter and early leader Michael Lyons for outright speed, but timed his pitstop to perfection.
