In submitting your photograph you agree to grant a non-exclusive licence to TLF to use the image for promotional purposes. The licence will be open ended but run for a minimum period of 24 months after which either party can terminate the licence in writing.
You warrant that the photograph is your own to submit, and that you own the copyright in the image. You agree to full indemnity TLF against any claim by a third party for copyright infringement. If you are not the owner of the image, you must provide evidence from the owner that you are entitled to submit the image.
Please bear in mind that these images will be used to create themed wallpapers so ideally they should be a minimum of 1000px on their longest size, the bigger the better and high quality, hi resolution. Camera-phone pics are unlikely to get selected.
