I know your car, it was originally supplied by my fathers dealership, Bridge Motors Bocking. The last time i saw this exact vehicle was in Southend on Sea once upon a time. Glad to see its still around.

Yes the pearlescent white is very special I believe £800 extra for the option in it`s day, glows sooooo much in the evening feel like I`m driving 100K car sometimes, car gets lots attention, a bit tooooo much at times.  Later S3`s NA are a safe bet for day to day use, many improvements made at Lotus on the last of the G line production. S3 used most days as a second vehicle, ideal for shopping.....twin boots........lol.

Lovely S3 there, pearly white suits them so well, better than the turbos IMHO. Look after it, I may be begging it off you one day!

Thanks for that, yes I`m pleased with the white and red interior colour combination.
All of the work for semi automatic tensioner overhaul and belt change can be completed with rear of car on axle stands, with access below, managed to complete job in a day, good now for another 4 years.

Did you do the engine work yourself, I have the same car and she requires a new manifold, timing gear belts etc and was just wandering the best way to go about it.

She looks good and nice colours.
