Here's a thread on the rear discs....
Previous Thread
Although the S1 is discussed, the rear discs are the same as your '83 S3 NA.
Hope it helps.

Supplier has discs for 85onwards for same price, yet there are some of these for just £70ish (pair) from other sellers. Worth asking if they have any pre 1985 discs?

Hey Mark....just flog those rusty old bits of scrap you had off my car on ebay and use the proceeds to subsidise some proper kit now instead of next winter!
No sense in being dangerous or off the road for a whole season.
Hey Mike if I can sell them I will give you the money mate

I fished this info from the turbo esprit forum on Yahoo Groups...
> Re: 83 Turbo Esprit rear rotors
You are right about the bolt pattern. After I sent this message I
remembered that the rears had had 3 bolt pattern....
BTW measuring Le Car rim I have in my garage... I measured
approximately 4.75" spacing between mounting holes. What is the hole
spacing on the Lotus rotors?
I do not belive that the rotor is from Le Car due to it's large
diameter... Would it make more sense that rotors were from the
Citroen DS21 or SM which used the same transmission? You would only
need to change brake calipers to a model which had hand brake
function build-in... like Alfa Romeo GTV6s...
Here are your choices of cars with inboard brake...from Wikipedia:
* Alfa Romeo Alfasud Alfetta GTV GTV6 Giulietta 75 90 SZ Milano
* British Racing Motors: Some BRM racing cars had a single inboard
disk brake, acting on both back wheels.
* Citroën 2CV
* Citroën DS
* Citroën GS
* Citroën SM
* Jaguar E-Type
* Jaguar XJ (until XJ40)
* Jaguar XJ-S
* Hummer H1
* Lancia Aurelia
* Lotus 72 Formula One racing car
* Lotus Elite, Elan, Esprit
* Mercedes-Benz W196 and 300SLR
* Rover P6
* Subaru G
* NSU Ro80 <
and then ...............
Re: [turboesprit] Re: 83 Turbo Esprit rear rotors
I checked the dimensions of the Renault LeCar and have found the overall
diameter to be 228mm while the stock Lotus piece is 275mm so that won't work.
Somewhere found the Yugo mentioned but that has an overall diameter of only
227mm. The Toyota Celica with the correct thickness of 10 mm is only 228.5 in
diameter and finally the Jaguar fronts have a diameter of 284 and a thickness of
24.2mm I checked the Jag rears and found the diameter to be 278mm only 3mm over
and 10mm thick same as Lotus but the offset is 67.8mm rather than the 30.48mm of
Lotus. The total offset of 30.48 might be a bit off as I was measuring my old
parts for this dimension.
The conclusion is I can find one or maybe two of the dimensions but never all
three regardless of the hole pattern -so if you find new ones at a good price
buy them!
If you ever need rotor dimensions check Brembo.com as they have great info on a
lot of models.

when you checked Brembo's site did you consider centre bore and number of holes don't matter. Even overall size doesn't as you could get larger and have them turned down.

This is the search link:
http://www.brembo.co...T=NoModifyGuest
...based on the offset( or thickness A in Brembo terms)...doesn't seem to be any that fit the bill
