Personal preference would be to remove the lotus lettering on the spoiler however each person has their own tastes.
Enjoy the car, definitely not for the shy ;-)

I do extend my thanks to Bibs for helping procure a matching black, with red piping and red mirror pocket indoor cover. Last night my new baby got to sleep at home for the first time and was cuddled in the cover. The splitter and diffuser red stripes pock out at the bottom and complement the cover's piping. Again, thanks Bib.
The Union Jack still makes sense for me over here; I still hold a British passport after 50 years in the USA and flag my RX-7 race car with one too.

But not because “I don’t like them” - although I don’t - but because the designer has done the reverse of how red has been used elsewhere on the car. See the three pics here:
http://www.evo.co.uk...y.php?id=470323
Red is used front and rear as a thin highlight stripe - on the splitter and around the diffuser. One of those pics also shows that the mirror housings have a thin black stripe around the rear edge - easier seen on the nearside one (UK). (Yes I know it's manufacturing separation, plastic etc. but we are talking style here!)
Therefore logically the mirrors should be black with a thin red stripe. (And, in my view, far better in terms of style also - but that’s personal!)
The side reflectors for the US would almost fit in with that! And the Union Jack!
PS: Apart from that I like the overall design overall very much.

Agree, would have loved splitter and diffuser in CF and as to color how about a twill blend of kevlar/CF; I built some ducting and parts fro my RX-7 with this cloth, the kevlar assorbs dye thus is avaiable in anumber of colors, mine is was a red which matchs my red car well.I see your point but for me they shout a little which mathches the bold lines elsewhere. I might prefer it if the red was replaced in all areas with carbon fibre therefore losing the red all together.
