Hi, my cassette player`s knackered, the radio is crackly and the electric aerial won`t go up.

A long shot I know but does anyone have a spare working or easily mendable unit for sale ? I`d buy a new unit but they`re all a bit too big for the existing panel these days and it seems a shame to carve up the panel.

Thanks
Dan

You can get new technology DIN-A radios with MP3/ipod, I think Moss Europe (MGB parts) were selling them cheapest. Can't remember the brand name though. I know some say you can get old units gutted and redone similarly but I've never had a reply back from those outfits.

Hi John, I don`t know if you can hold onto it till the end of next Sunday; the shop fitting it is saying to me, give them week to find a compatible one that they say was lying around in their shop somewhere (!) . They have been most helpful with other stuff so I have agreed to that.
Otherwise I am definitely interested in the one you have.
Thanks

Does anyone know where to get an automatic aerial suitable for the Elite.

Mine has a Bosch unit fitted with a stainless mast but it isn't working properly and it's one of the last details to complete.

Thanks

Simon

Hi John, if you still have that Pioneer radiocassette unit for sale, I`d like to buy it-however the size is crucial and the Sharp unit I`ve removed, was 16.5 cm wide x 4.5cm deep.
Please let me know how much you would want for it.

Thanks

Dan
