Happy to get back almost what I have paid for it.

Almost more important that it goes to someone who will appreciate or enjoy it.

To be honest it is probably a good base for a track day car as all of its weaknesses are not important. Eg strip the interior, not worry about the peeling lacquer on roof etc

LOL

The very same valuable engine i.e. the 180 bhp 912 HC engine

Although mine runs every day, who knows how long this one has been sitting idle with all the seals stiffening and (lack of) coolant quietly corroding its insides?

Seriously though there is now an advert on the lotus for sale part of the forum.

Susie's TE is now back running and I can't justify having four cars (and no space on the drive !)

John
