In 2004, at the 50 Years of Team Lotus Celebration Dinner, one of the 'vocalists' gave 50 copies to Classic Team Lotus to do with as it saw fit.
Each is numbered and signed by Hazel Chapman, Peter Warr and Eddie Dennis with all proceeds being forwarded to the Grand Prix Mechanics Trust.
