We normally despatch your items within 0-3 days of receiving your cleared payment Monday - Friday, in fact it's often even same day but please allow up to 28 days. Items which are custom made often take longer and this will be stated on the item eg tailored car covers, exhaust systems etc.  

Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday or outside of business hours will not be processed until the next working day. However, our fully automated system will reserve your items for you and will despatch an order confirmation to you so you know we have received it.

We generally use Royal Mail's recorded service for all domestic and European post. Some larger, heavier, valuable or overseas orders will be sent by courier and we mainly use FedEx for this. Please ensure you provide us with your phone number on registration as this is required and if we do use FedEx it's the International Priority Service which is next day delivery worldwide before 10.30am. A signature will be required and all items are fully trackable.
