UPDATED JAN 2016. To post an image to the forum, if it's on your computer you can either drag it into to the bar where the paperclip is, or click on 'choose files' and browse for it. When the image uploads, either click the small plus sign on the image to insert it in the post where you like or just add your reply and it'll be appended to the end of your post. If it's an online image, or a video, just copy and paste the link and the forum will automatically embed it into your post.

You can now sort categories by price, date added, date modified etc, all in ajax so no screen refresh. eg - http://www.lotusforsale.com/ad-category/cars/ There's now a multiple image uploader on the listing page (again in ajax so nice and quick!)

@Bibs Set up another event for next mont's breakfast. No-one else seems to be able to see the Accept, Maybe, Decline buttons apart from me (and Wayne as he accepted last month, but didn't turn up ) I'm using MS Windows/IE/Firefox and I can see the buttons. Others on Phone and tablet can't see them at all. I can't check this out as I only use MS, so no access to Apple or Andriod - very unusual I would have thought. I can see the buttons on the above link. Can anyone else? Here is a screenshot of what I see

Over the last couple of weeks there's been an upsurge in spam posts - the IP addresses are from Russia and Iraq would you believe! While they're been dealt with in a timely fashion if myself or a moderator are online, if you click 'report' and select 'spam report' the content will be hidden for review after 3 reports. I'd appreciate it if you'd be kind enough to do that if some spam does make it through and ends up on TLF. We use a paid anti-spam solution from IPS, a Q&A challenge on registration and level 4 CAPTCHA from Google but it still appears! Fingers crossed either they get bored or we get a better solution soon! Thanks!

However, that's actually where I started and I didn't bother to put the whole saga in my original for sale ad as it didn't seem relevant at the time. It is now. In short, whenever I try to create a new for sale post on lotusforsale I either get nothing or a 500 error (which is server side). I know that there is a feature to ignore users, is there one to ignore threads? This might seem a strange request, but an example: Lotus / Motoring / Cars Chat forum. I'm not interested in the "Type 13x" threads, so would rather not see them in my Stream. I've read the initial posts, and I really have no interest in the thread(s)

Am I the only one who is suffering from broken links in emails for new content added to a thread? When i click on the link it takes me to the Forums Home Page rather than the new content in a given thread. This has been happening for a few weeks i think... @Bibs - help pls?! Thx Joe

Everytime I hit the Notifications bell I get this I press the button to Enable and this - goes no further. I've tried going through the Notification Settings - at the bottom of the screen, again, all it does is state Enabling.

On my phone I usually go and open https://www.thelotusforums.com/# top left with the 3 bars for menu , I usually find Forum and access it through this way, but it’s not there? only found link to it through email follow topic alert could be just the user aka me, but I can’t see where else to access for the forums from main page

Evenings, I cant see many of the embedded photo links within threads. (Images probably hosted elsewhere). Can this be resolved? Many thanks & kind regards

I need to ask as I am not sure of what is occurring. Some pictures show in posts and some don't. Pictures that have been loaded up and then inserted all appear to work. Other pictures that have been posted directly into a topic sometimes show up and sometimes don't? Mostly I get a question mark in a blue box and a filename.* name in the top left of the box. Is it to do with my access to wherever the picture is posted from? Download issue on my end?

I just want to say a big 'thank you!' to the mods/admins on here for their excellent work. Earlier today while looking at the new posts there were dozens of spam posts, probably in every subforum. Now everything has been cleaned up already. 🙂 I'm sure most of us have no problem keeping busy, so those who voluntarily invest time (and resources) to make TLF such a nice place deserve my fullest respect! I have a PM set up for the regional group. I go through and remove those who have't read the PM for a fair old while and I noticed the below - which I didn't think was right, Contacted Dave and he said that he hadn't as far as he knew. I cannot add him back, and he doesn't seem to be able to rejoin - Any suggestions? After testing with Pete and Dave, it looks like Dave has deleted the conversation as this is what happens. I might have to recreate the PM group I've tried to add him back in, but I get this I think that the "owner" of the PM should be able to add someone back in, or at least send the person an invite…
