So here we go again with another season or racing, for the last 4 years I have raced in mostly 20 minute sprint races with the odd longer 45 minute race in both the Radical SR1 Cup and Lotus Elise Trophy and it has always been the longer races I have enjoyed the most and have been the most competitive at so for this year we thought we'd try something different, endurance racing in the Elise in the 750 Motor Club 'Club Enduro' championship, which it turn out is the biggest grid

So we've got 2 new products on demo that actually sound really good together, first is the new PrimaLuna Evo 300 Hybrid Integrated amplifier, so basically a Valve Preamp section with a Solid State 100 watt Power amp, I love a valve pre partnered with a solid state amp, it is how I run my system at home so to have it in an integrated makes perfect sense to me as you get the control and solidity at the bass end from the solid state amp section but the warmth in the mid from the valves

So this is big news, dCS have just announced that after extensive research and development they have made major changes to the hardware portion of their Ring DAC and have developed an all-new analogue output stage taking both the Rossini DAC + Player and Vivaldi DAC to a whole new level.
