Took the car to Silverstone today. They checked the error codes in the ECU and TCU. Lots of codes which seem to be related to the fact I recently removed the PRND gear selector switch panel to get the surround painted. Seems likely the car just threw a temporary warning as a result of all that. Codes cleared, and the car seems all happy again. Guess it was all my fault. Fortunately, the lovely folk at Silverstone looked after me faultless as usual.
