Hi there, I hope that someone can help..... just picked up my new car today (64 plate Solar Yellow Evora S SR ) and its absolutely great but..... when using the handsfree I can either a) hear the caller on the other end but they can't hear me or b) if i toggle the "voice output" switch I can then speak through the microphone on my phone (and caller can hear me) but then I can't hear them. Wife described the "voice output" button a little like using a walkie-talkie.... we could have a whole conversation, but only if one person spoke at a time and I remembered to press the button when I wanted to talk. Very very strange. Ive tried it both with my iPhone (all other Bluetooth functioning fine - music and phonebook etc) and with my wife's Samsung so I know its a head unit issue and not a phone problem. Its just so very strange that Im at my whits end..... can anyone advise anything??

Hi Chris, You should head along to Fennel some time - normally a nice collection of cars on a Sunday morning if the weather is fair. Some nice roads round about too which makes the trip out worthwhile :-) Yup, I had a yellow S2 back in 2007 - 2009. I really missed it and wished I hadn't sold it. When the chance came to p/x my Evora for a new V6 in yellow I just knew I had to have it. Brilliant cars - just staggeringly competent things. I'd like it to be a little louder, but other than that it's always a great occasion taking it out on a Sunday morning. Look forward to catching up with you sometime. Tony

Lovely car Chris - I very nearly bought that one myself... In the end I opted for the new Solar Yellow one which was on its way from the factory. Maybe I made the wrong choice.... :-) Hope to see you out on the roads soon - I'm on holiday at the moment and desperately missing the car sat at home Do you ever get over to The Fennel in Inverurie? They run a sports car breakfast on a Sunday - would be good to get some more Lotus support sometime :-)

Gordon - hi there. Would it be possible for me to be included in the Lotus Day at Alford? I'm keen for my car to be demonstrated and having just signed up to TLF (I've been a long time member across at SE) I have just found this thread. I have no restrictions on dates in August and I drive a 2013 Exige V6 in yellow :-). I would be happy to do some track runs. I'm also interested in the Speedfest - having spectated for many years I would like to take part now that I have the wheels under me to do it justice. Cheers - and Happy New Year :-)
