md,
I would just like to point out that the auctioned Evora had only just surpassed it's first year of manufacturers warranty and therefore the remainder would still be covered by any main dealer
.
Who knows, maybe there is a CR box included? The fact that the carbon extras aren't listed maybe the CR box was also omitted. I might ask when I pop in this week.

With it being a provisional sale it probably did not reach it's reserve price, but there could be an opportunity of negotiating with the seller

I beg to differ, I have had a poor experience at the factory which has completely ruined my esprit ownership.

Is that £0.58/L?!!

Historics on 25th Sept. It was the last lot (No.72). A mate went along and said that it was stunning.
Hopefully this link will work

I've just noticed the HC Commemorative No. 15 up for sale at £25000 from a dealer in Gloucestershire.
Thats a premium on the auction price and £1000 more than Barry Ely's price.

The ebay listing finished at £432!

This is a GROUP LOTUS - RENAULT - GENII F1 car...
2 black and gold Lotus F1 cars on the grid in 2011 !!!
Bibs, surely tou mean 4 Black & Gold Lotus cars on the grid?
I'm just glad that I am not doing the camerawork on the track!
-
I have only seen this promo on the Lotus web site, has anybody actually seen it on tv?
-
Spotted a sleek looking 2-11 at Saxondale roundabout near Bingham at 4pm. The driver resembling Dick Dastardly, albeit in dark brown leather!

Saw a white Evora leaving Wembley Stadium Car park after the England v Montenegro game.

I see that a couple of days ago the mint Commemorative HC two tone grey G car with 9000 miles on the clock sold at auction for £16.8k.
The estimate was £17-£25k which shows just how depressed the market is
which auction was that in Barrie?

Pistonheads headline-
LOTUS EMAIL REVEALS, OH, WHATEVER...
More PR shenanigans from the Lotus crazy gang

Pete, it washes off but I have to do it everytime I remove the cover. Yesterday I noticed water within the boot compartment next to the battery, I think the "waterproof" element of the cover is failing.

I bought a tight fitting outdoor cover through clublotus 2 years ago.
Last month I peeled back the cover after months of hibernation to find white flakes all all over the body, the inside of the cover has disintegrated.
Obviously I'm extremely unhappy after spending a considerable amount of money on this.

What i wanted to say was that this truck is the work horse, transporting kit and providing engineers space to work. It's not the elaborate truck that sits in the paddock to woo sponsors and spectators.
It is obvious that a car would not fit in this photographed truck but the car transporter wouldn't look that different in design.
I'm very keen to see what lotus have come up with to make their mark in the paddock.
-
This is obviously the car and kit transporter, not that different to other teams. I'm looking forward to seeing the paddock setup!

I did introduce myself last week with the intention of buying a mint Esprit 2.2 turbo..... Well i did it and i collect my dream car this Saturday, i'm absolutely chuffed as nuts, can't wait to kiss it all over........ Out of sight obviously.
It's not a 1986 red HC by any chance?
-
Nice! enjoyed that, despite the camera guys missing most of the action!
There were 3 camera operators credited at the end of the programme. If that's all they had then they didn't stand a chance of providing full coverage

Speed put on a good show, but I do miss Peter Windsor's commentary, and find their new pit lane reporter useless.
Would that reporter be West Gillet?

Hi Joe, I was just browsing Pistonheads Classified and was shocked to see your No.15 up for sale! I'm sad to see that you are getting rid after such a short time. I hope that the car hasn't let you down in anyway? All the best Bo

This is very upsetting news. It only seems like yesterday when we briefly met to discuss the refurbishment of my car. I was very grateful for the advice and passion Nick showed. R.I.P.
