What part number is fitted? the tps should register a voltage of about 0.5v when static - is it doing that ? Did you clean the hole the iac goes in - and is the o ring nice and new The P/N is A910E6942F, but I never notice the pintle shape. Before I replace the old TPS, it was 0.55V, and I got 0.76V with a new TPS(I can't adjust it to 0.5V even how I turn the new TPS, 0.76V is the minimum) but everything is normal with the new TPS. I never clean the hole before, but I will try to do it tomorrow. Thx for your advises. 58 minutes ago, sailorbob said: At KOEO the IAC desired position should be 170. If the IAC reset does not fix this then I would check the new IAC as Barry said. It was 170 before, but it is 141 or 151 now even I install the new IAC and reset it..it is still 141 or 151.
