  1. One of my previous cars BMW M4 had a heads up display in M mode which reflected you speed and rev counter on the screen avoiding the need keep looking down at the dash during spirited driving. My question is has anyone tried a stand alone one at all ,as I found it very useful in the BMW, also I presume my 2010 n/a Evora has an obd 2 port to plug in ??
  2. All the parts I found on ebay but I had to wait about 3 weeks for the maf tube as I could only sourse one from China.
  3. Cdco All the pipe work is 76mm internal diameter, the T piece is 76/76/25 although 20mm would be better with a further reducer to 15mm for the breather. The 76mm pipe work fits over the throttle body no problem. Cheers Neil.
  4. Got my sit on lawnmower running again after being totally submerged in flood water for the 2nd time in 3 yrs . Reminded me of the Toyota hilux on Top gear. 😆
  5. Been out today in car and its sounds fantastic in sports mode with the sports exhaust and 3rd cat delete. At around 5000rpm the sound is awesome. No mil light issues. The whole kit cost me £130.
  6. Not had chance yet Bob due to floods around my area at the moment, just a quick start up in the garage.
  7. Got my DIY kit fitted over weekend thanks to EvoraBobs design.
  8. Thanks, This is what it normally looks like.
  9. Woke up this morning to find a new water feature in the garden.😩
  10. I agree Bob I've copied your kit , its a fraction of the cost, and almost identical.
  11. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lotus-Evora-10-18-Services-Access-Panel-A132B0013K-Painted-C135-Burnt-Orange-/275013576952?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l6249&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0 How can they justify that price 😲
  12. Thanks Bob I have the sports exhaust and 3rd cat delete pipe so parts ordered 😃 If you do manage to check the afr all could you let me know how you get on. Cheers Neil
  13. Sounds promising then 😃 . Do you notice any difference?
  14. So Bob Just wondering, have you had any issues at all with the mil light coming on ? Have you checked the afr at all? Thanks Neil.
  15. Great work Bob, I might give this a go ,so do you use the original maf sensor? and where did you source the maf tube from ? Cheers Neil.
  16. Why do you need all that. I had 4 new sensors fitted at my local tyre shop when I had the wheels refurbished, I only dropped the wheels off so they didn't have the car. They programmed the new sensors same as old ones, only thing they weren't sure about, was the positioning on the vehicle for the dash display, when I put the wheels back on I found that they were indeed mixed up. But lotus must have sensors in the wheel arch as a few miles down the road they sorted themselves out to the correct positioning. All 4 sensors cost £200 fitted and programmed.
  17. My house was built in 1841 I wonder how many new builds will be stood in 180 years 🤔
  18. I had issues with mine intermittently working, but recently had wheels refurbished and 4 new michelin pilot 4s fitted and as the car is 11yr old I suspect the tpms sensor batteries have had it, so I had 4 new sensors fitted and no more issues. Also for cars after 2015 it's now an mot fail

    New to Lotus

Thanks everyone. Yes out of all the cars I've owned I find this one gets more attention than any of the others.
