yes.loosing water,getting air into header tank,and water filling up expansion tank

esprit turbo,x180,1988.i have white exhaust smoke at 4000 plus revs,idles ok but runs as if missing,or a cylinder down any ideas?cant see anything behind being followed by a fog.
