  1. Hi All I am posting on behalf of my big bro - he has bought himself a very nice Audi TT. The bumpers need relacquering so Stuart is now looking for a paint shop and needs a few recommendations of who, where and how much. He is based in Kingston (Surrey) but is flexible as to where to take the car. Thanks in advance. Lou (and Stu)
  2. I love marmite! Spread on hot, brown toast with some butter or, on toast under scrambled egg. Mmmmm. I love Beef extract. A good dollop of it in boiling water because it makes you grow up big and strong and my daddy loved it. I love malt extract. A good dollop of it (extra bonus with cod liver oil) on a spoon straight in. It makes you grow up big and strong. Have I ever mentioned where I learnt to swim? Oh yeah, and I grew up in Kent, which I love... I love Hops...
  3. Yey! Happy Birthday, Big Sqqqquuuueeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzee. LouXX

  5. Very, very cool Mr Cliff Sir! I love Brian Cox.
  6. Ummm, these people have seen caterpillas before surely? Interesting to look at and I am assuming that the trees won't be too healthy after - I'll check with my big bro. We have a couple of lanes nearby which, every year are covered in caterpilla silk. It's really quite beautiful and people always stop to look but I admit, I've not seen it on that scale before.

    Top Golf, Top Game!

Does this mean we won't hear from Laura for a while? Do they have score cards?
  8. Well done you two! Bit of a nightmare coming across something like that. X
  9. Awww, was sorry to have missed this one. I do like a good Triumph - or a crunchy knackered one. Ah well.
  10. I suggest... ... you get your top off! Brrrrrrrmmmmmmm
  11. Very proud! I do like a behind the scenes picture, they're always so ... clean. I wonder how well the new lens will perform photographing a new...
  12. Thanks guys. Was treated to a lovely meal - specialty fish pie and chocolate cake, complete with musical candle and I shall save 'The Kings Speech' for the weekend. X
  13. Well I hate to be greedy, but two things. My boys got a brand new MOT! and this...
  14. Place an order, see what happens. There's a good chance that they'll still take it

    Hurrah!

Well, I enjoyed myself. I thought it was all lovely (just wish Joe public wasn't interviewed so much). I've never watched so much telly in my life!
  16. oo, just a thought. It might be worth getting a trickle charger for times when your car is garaged for a couple of days.
  17. I'd agree with the battery. My temp gage can go up to 100 and then the fans kick in shortly after that - have faith!
  18. I've got one my Elise. It doesn't seem to add a single bhp, but it does make it go Barrrrrppp!
  19. The best bet for breakfast club is to turn up really nice and early. Given that it is another bank holiday and the weather is sooooo good, you might want to get there for 6.30 / 7am. Seriously. Half the fun of it is the sights and sounds of people turning up and enjoying it with a steaming black coffee. You could leave by 10 and go on to do other weekend, hoon stuff - visit Chichester harbour, go to Southsea etc. If you have never been, you've got to go. It's a free day out, just rock up and then pay (possibly) 12 quid for an F.E.B or get a bacon sarnie. I love breakfast club.
  20. Sangria, Cheesy scones, Royal a-pint-ment Beer, Raclette, Sangria, Crepes, brmm...then CAKE!
  21. Listened to this today - blooming brilliant. One mind blowing powerful bird! http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b010fc06
  22. Mmmm, bloke with big white teeth. I like him, I understand his teachings... ... I just need a dog to work with: http://www.bluecross.org.uk/2566-86303/bramble.html http://www.bluecross.org.uk/2566-86179/sky.html http://www.bluecross.org.uk/2566-83563/petra.html
  23. Probably something I should do to get my lazy arse going. I've done the 3 peaks challenge twice and walking is more my thing. I really quite fancy base camp of Everest as well. Come to think of it, I have done some of the London marathon, shaking a tin for Great Ormand Street Hospital around 1993 (I think) so to do the whole thing might be a good idea.
