i am building my 93.5 car to newer body and interior , i need a donor car does anyone know where to find one ?

SOLVED...... So i had asumed that the original ecu was no good after it was only running two of the four inj. so along with new rc units i installed a new computer . turns out the new ecm was faulty the whole time . installed the old ecm and voilla awsome car .

every where i turn in this car the dpo has raped the existing systems . i have built many cars and this one is my fav and i just dont like trying to fix such a mess . so building a new harness and incorporating a newer management system in a car i plan on keeping for years is a very comforting idea for me . i could find the issue eventually but it would take more time and i perfer not to invest in a aged system -
yes . the car had two memcals . both chipped . for s4s calibration .

i used a different memcal . but both give same results

I am in a situation with my esprit where it is not worth attempting to make the old gm managment work ... so i am going to change it over to a stand alone .... i need to know how many teeth the trigger wheel is so i can tell if i need to build a wheel or i can make the existing unit work

the more i get into the runnings of this car the more DPO i find .. i am going to scrap the entire lotus managment system and go with a modern stand alone .. As parts become harder and harder to find . and i am making a complete new harness anyways ..

yea i was limping home ... i live in canada car was in Arizona ... was a band new ecu i had fried original on factory injectors . i put in rc units then a new ecu and then made my way home . car went into limp within a 100 miles but i was commited at that point . so its home but yea i am really hoping thats not the case . because what ever fried the ecu will still be in there and i am not going to put another ecu in if it will just cook again .

i cannot retrive any codes from my 93.5 se . the cel is on as is the fan fail is on but all three fans work . i have power and ground and 5 v at the aldl but no flash codes or freescan data help car also decided now not to start . and has been in limp mode all week .. sometimes cutting in and out on road

Ok so got a new ecu . some new rc injectors and yeeees it fired up runs fairly good , check engine light is on and so is fan fail however i can hear the fans working . so i drove it home so i could have my shop to work on it not a garage in a distant country . The car ran good . (in limp mode ) but ran good . once and a while the engine would die and back fire and then just go again . but it got me the 1700 miles home . now when i try to connect my free scan it connects but has no data . i also cannot jumper the aldl to get a flashing code ... any ideas . btw DPO BAD ON THIS ONE
