  1. I’m sure everyone will be surprised I’m putting my Esprit up for sale. However things change and I’d like to change my daily driver to something else, plus having 3 cars I am finding a bit expensive! Anyway she is a Lotus Esprit Turbo from 1985. The colour of Glacier Blue A44. The car has been repainted this year and has had loads of new parts and no expense spared. The Engine was rebuilt a few years ago by Lola who used to run the Formula 1 team. The car drives great and sounds fantastic The engine had a cambelt service in February 2020. The carbs have been tuned, fuel system refreshed and all repainted and neatened. All nuts and bolts are stainless steel, new tyres, reconditioned wheels, all reconditioned or new trim. New rear suspension, new rear brakes Tracker fitted New MOT with no advisories The interior is complete, but needs recolouring in some places. There are currently no Decals (stickers) fitted, I have some ready to be fitted but maybe better for them new owner to decide if they want them on the car or not Email me at [email protected] or call me on 07900 646117 Car is located in Gravesend, Kent. Video of the engine running is available on request The post Lotus Esprit Turbo 1985 appeared first on Click to view item
  2. I’m clearing out my garage of unwanted spare parts and odd bits having recently sold my 1988 Stevens Esprit N/A. Although I can help with the details of some of the items shown in the images (some of which are new), I’m not sure of everything. Here are the key bits to mention: Rear used brake calipers, discs and pads – replaced o/a MOT offside only handbrake efficiency not sufficient, otherwise fully working – I don’t think it would take much to get these refurbish. Handbrake cables both near and off side, one of which is new and the other in good condition. 2 wiper arms one of which is new. H&R German made alloy wheel spacers New suspension springs (I think for front but not sure?) Dellorto carb service parts, Pipercross PX600 backplate with holes cut to size, spare exhaust manifold studs, headlight adjusting kit, Unopened 1 litre mobil1 oil 2 new sets of HT high temperature silicone leads and one used set. 4 new and 8 little used spark plugs, spare engine belts some which are used and some new. New distributor cap and what appears to be a new Lucas distributor (note: this cost only circa £50, so perhaps a bit too cheap to be a genuine Lotus part) – so consider it included ex-gratia. Spare rear wheel 16 inch, odd trims including complete new door trim, brake bleeding kit and anything else shown in the first image. Please note: I will NOT split these items – any buyer must take everything, which I prefer collected as the postage is likely to be £50-£100 o/a weight of brake components and spare wheel. This is why I’ve put a high postage estimate to deter this, but will post if absolutely necessary. The post Stevens Esprit X180 – Garage Clearance appeared first on Click to view item

  8. 2011 Lotus Evora S with Tech & Sport packs Finished in Burnt Orange with Black Leather & Cloth Interior, 2+2 seat configuration 19” & 20” Diamond cut forged alloy wheels (just refurbished, look amazing). Larine sports exhaust and decat pipe fitted (Original exhaust and cat converter also included with car) New MOT (13th September) – New front brake discs & pads, new bonnet badge, new driver seatbelt. Front tyres – Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S, fitted July 2021 Rear tyres – Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S, fitted December 2020 Clutch replaced in 2015 Ex Lotus press car, I purchased from Westover Lotus in 2012. Absolutely loved owning this car and don’t really want to sell, but I’m looking to buy a house, so sadly need the funds. Just under 60k miles on the clock. Full service history. Always been serviced by official Lotus dealerships. I’ve lived in different locations over the last 9 years, so initially serviced by Westover Lotus in Poole, then a couple of times at Williams Lotus near Bristol and in recent years Hanger 111 in Suffolk. Next service is due in December. Points to note: As has happened on several early S1 Evora’s, the leather on the dash has shrunk and split down the middle near the windscreen (I made a temporary cover as a short term solution) The airbag cover on the passenger side has also warped. I looked into getting it replaced whilst I was getting it MOT’d but the replacement part is not currently available from Lotus. Minor points Gear knob has some wear on it (original replacement not currently available or I’d have changed it) On the rear passenger side wheel arch there’s a small patch where the lacquer has come off along the edge of the protective film (see photo) The back of the driver seat has some marks on the scuff plate from where I’ve moved luggage in and out from the back seat when working away The driver seat has some wear on it in the usual spot (see photo) £33,000 Sport Pack – selectable Sport Mode, Drilled Brake Discs, traction control Tech Pack – Alpine Head unit CD/Sat Nav (including USB Music Streaming, Bluetooth Phone Connection, Subwoofer with Separate Amplifier, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Reversing Camera, HomeLink Electric Gate/ Garage Door Opener, Cruise Control, Bi-Xenon Headlights & Extended Interior Lighting. Air conditioning, Airbags, Alarm, Alloy wheels, Central locking, Electric door mirrors, Electric windows, Leather seats, Power steering The post 2011 Lotus Evora S appeared first on Click to view item

  11. A collectors’ condition example of a rare variant of the Elise – the 111S. Unexpectedly available due to a change in motoring direction by the current owner. Finished in beautiful Inferno Red with a Tan leather interior, this outstanding example has been subject to very careful ownership over the years and has recently benefitted from a programme of sensible improvements; both cosmetic and mechanical. The recent addition of Nitron shock absorbers certainly makes for a more pleasant and consistent driving experience. Accompanying the vehicle is a portfolio of paperwork including most previous MOT certificates and most service invoices. The complete owners’ pack and two sets of keys are also, of course, present. I have undertaken an HPI check, showing no adverse information and a copy is on file for the benefit of the next owner. Buy with confidence – Guy Munday has over thirty years of Lotus marque experience. Located in South Norfolk – the home of Lotus. 13. Posting on behalf of someone else I happened to meet another Lotus owner, John, at the Chepstow Classic 2021. He has an Excel now, but from his Esprit days he has a new, unused air conditioning radiator, for an ’89 Esprit. He’s not online so I said I’d list it for him and put people in touch with him if they’re interested. I’m not sure what he’s after for it, I think he’d just be happy for a pristine rare part to find a use. Do get in touch and I’ll give you his number to speak to him further.
