  1. The wheels look fab how do I get a set, I tried to send a message but it would not accept Gazoo
  2. Apologies - I don't think we explained when replacing the flywheel, hanger 111 always replace the clutch - no matter how new the old unit is. This ensures the maximum contact area between clutch and new flywheel. It is the same principle as replacing discs on a car - if the pads are almost new, you can sometimes sand the pad faces to increase the contact area with the new discs and promote even wear but most of the time the pads need to be changed too. With a clutch, sanding the wear surface isn't possible and with the expense of the gearbox removal it makes sense to avoid the risk by replacing with new anyway. I have replace the lightweight flywheels with an ultra lightweight RPS C-RG segmented flywheel. It is lighter and stronger than those fitted to any of the Lotus production cars (so I am informed), including the 2-Eleven. The segmented wear surfaces are replaceable and they expand and contract separately, unlike the TRD item which is a single piece wear surface. If the TRD item gets too hot it will warp and cause the clutch to slip. The RPS flywheel really is the best hanger 111 have found and have challenge me to destroy it!!
  3. I have just got back home after running the 2-eleven for the first time in 4 weeks I just got it back from Hanger 111 last night they have just completed its next stage of development. The car is now running 300+ bhp as you can imagine it is phenomenally quick now. The cars next stage of development included a TRD clutch and release bearings to cope with the new power band, RPS billet flywheel and limited slip differential and the car has also just been remapped to 300bhp. This is in addition to the modification that the car has seen to date; replacement ReVerie 300mm straight wing, with end plates, ReVerie 5 element rear diffuser, replacement steering wheel is also a ReVerie rally 330mm, suede trimmed. It has a Momo collapsible boss kit, short version, with snap off boss. There also is a snap off quick release steering adapter for
  4. I got one of the first cars lucky 13 and have had a upgrade by Hanger 111 to 280bhp and all is fine with the gearbox, but it feels a bit loose. I however would like some info on the sequential box, when can I get one and how much? Also I have the original mirrors and they are a real pain, is there a replacement that works
  5. Modifications to Lotus 2-eleven to date Replacement ReVerie 300mm straight wing, with end plates. I also have fitted the ReVerie 5 element rear diffuser. Replacement steering wheel is also a ReVerie rally 330mm, suede trimmed. It has a Momo collapsible boss kit, short version, with snap off boss. There also is a snap off quick release steering adapter for
  6. Just had some advice that mirror chrome may not work, so may go back to a paint scheme. I am not fully looking for a mirror chrome finish, just deep silver as per the McLaren and possibly changing the graphic colours to fit with this.
  7. I have been considering a new paint scheme for the 2-eleven, I am considering a vinyl car rap in F1 McLaren colours. The rap would be in mirror silver with McLaren colours graphics as per the striping on the car. What
  8. I am looking at a tonneau and hear that a carbon fibber unit may be available, has anyone any info on this. Also do you think it could be fitted with quick release fasteners from a bike fairing?
  9. I had my 2-eleven dynoed before and after upgrades by Hanger 111 by T&M Auto, and the before was only 225. One real problem is getting air into it to get a proper reading. I also got a reading under the same conditions after upgrade of 283.6, but again this was without the full airflow required I feel. Gazoo
  10. Hi I have had the 280 upgrade to my 2-eleven and it is fab. I have not seen any problems to date with the upgrade Gazoo
  11. When you spend 40k plus on a car the cost of the seats are somewhat irrelevant, the main aspect for me is I can now eat more in the comfort of knowing that I am still as quick
  12. Just fitted new carbon fiber seats and they are so much ligter than the standard units
  13. Hi I have started to upgrade my 2-eleven I have just fited at Hanger 111 Turbodrive 280 upgrade and I am now getting 284bhp, they also fitted AP big brake kit, moroso oil pan.
