The S2 uses Lucas one very similar to Jaguar XJ6. I got a couple off a wrecked Jag for use in our project S1. The motor is the same but the arm is ~1inch shorter. So requires simple cut and shut with hacksaw and basic welder. The 'thimble' that lifts the window is on the opposite side of the arm so you flip it at the same time. The motors sit the other way up to Jag so LHS door Jag fits RHS Lotus. Not a precision job so a simple job for someone that can use a welder.

Windows performance can be improved by the use of larger cables or relays. Also strip the lifter switches and check condition/clean.
