Troy5925 60
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a decent low budget tickle charger for my S2 Exige please it’s getting boring having to keep ticking the car over when it’s not been used in awhile also worth noting that it’s kept in the garage but has no mains power
Peapod 97
The Aldi or Lidl versions are totally acceptable at a very reasonable price. As you have no power in the garage you might need a long extension lead. You could also use a battery pack to jump the battery to get the car started. http://amzn.eu/d/bGrMAZ6 This is what I have and it started the Exige with ease when the battery was flat. Bibs 11,369
I've got a CTEK MX5. Was about £60-70 and I added the comfort connector about £6-7 too, works a treat! philcool 161
I too use a CTEK MX5 for last 6 years and have found it as easy to use the cigar lighter between the seats but have had to fit a couple of O Rings on the cigar connector to keep it a tight fit in the socket other than that no problems easey to fit and as its through the drivers door no chance of driving off with it connected
