I would leave to the experts Phil,   100,000 rpm is a lot of rotations to cock up by fitting at home lol it could end up eating your engine if the bits disintigrate by poor fitment ,  Give Barry Kearl

Always used turbo technics. They are fantastic and not “that” expensive 🤪 i should add that the customer service experience can be massively variable - their timeline and turn around can be a pac

I highly doubt it @Steve V8. Mine have all literally looked brand new when they come back.  They X-ray them as often the wastegate area suffers with fractures in turbos. IMHO it’s £300ish well sp

Genuine rebuild kits are available on eBay, but you'll need a specialist to balance it once done, saving yourself a few hundred quid. But can you get the new turbo look of a specialist rebuild?

They X-ray them as often the wastegate area suffers with fractures in turbos. IMHO it’s £300ish well spent. If bits of the turbo smash up and go straight in the engine itll get real dear real quick
