Finally Ordered New Wheels-tire Question

Hey Everyone,

I am finally upgrading my tires and wheels from the V8 17"-F/ 18"-R to 19F/20R. Currently my tires sizes are 235/40-17 Front and 285/35-18. The current overall diameter is 24.4 inches Front and 25.9 inches Rear. Does anyone know or reccommend a new tire size for my 19/20 combo that would stay close to the current overall diameter? The new wheels will be 19X8 F and 20x10 Rear. I appreciate your time..thanks.

Try playing with the tyre size calculator at 1010tires. Enter your current tyre size first, then try different sizes and it'll compare them to the originals.

you are really going to struggle, as the oe tryes are aready very low profile, the rears are looking at lowering th width to 265 or the side walls will be just too small for a manufacturer to make or fit, to keep the speedo within tolerance
