Stalling With Purge

HI GUYS.

On a previous post I mentioned the car was stalling if more that half a tank, narrowed it down to purge, if I disconect purge cellonoid I can fill the tank and all is well. done it for a month. when connected and stopping at a light vehicle starts to purge and idle surges and stalls.

this is a 2001 V8 with the redesiged canister and seperated purge cellonoid, I have checked data, purge cellonoid, vent cellonoid and canister, all checked ok. it looks like the roll over valves are part of the tank and can't figure a way to test them, other than changing a whole bunch of stuff, any ideas????
