80mm eccetric tensioner arrived and with a little milling of the base will make a perfect companion for my shorter aux. belt run.  I`ll add some drillings to allow easy use of the cam belt tensioner tool.

Upgrade today to remove Google ads and support TLF.

Another small job ready for plumbing.  Burp tube from the chargecooler radiator back to the header tank.  Will have an in-line reducer.

Following this with interest Mike!  Fantastic work!  Are the bell-mouths going to be bonded into place on the intake runners? - What adhesive will you use?  Building a similar set-up for my supercharged Elite.

The bellmouths will be welded on the underside, although I don`t have an image of that

What's the bit of hose on the back of the radius arms for? I assume it hose, there looks to be a jubillee clip on each end of it.

Considering some additional engine oil cooling up-front between the two existing coolers.  Options for either 6 or 10 row slimline unit.  Will be able to minimise the airflow impact on the chargecooler and main coolant rads.

It was bitterly cold in the workshop today (-8 deg C), but I really wanted to get the new front splitter finished and installed.  This is allow me to have the car run at a more desireable height on the road.

I think you mentioned elsewhere but I could not find it.  What material did you select for the splitter?

Do you have an electronic template for the splitter that you could e mail us so I could cut one 🙂

It looks fantastic - really works perfect for the body kit.

I used 8mm thick high density polyethylene, which can be supplied black.

There is no electronic template as it needed to be crafted together with adaptions to the arches.  I have the other half of the polyethylene sheet and plan to made a spare.

Nice fabrication hope the throttle boddies will be easy to balance.

I found on mine, the biggest restriction in the induction side was the tight bend in the nearside pressure pipe out of the  turbo's. Have you managed to redesign these?

Sorting the throttle linkage and playing with the position of the cable bracket.  Will need to make some changes to the cable length.
