Thanks for the kind words.  I should have said . .....  "less is more" but you understood me.  ;)

No orange detail on my "spats".  LOL

Hello Jack,

which orange trim do you use for the edges ? what is the width of orange trim ? I am looking for same product in white but I don't find a good one.

@GFWilliams may also be able to give you some pointers on what he used as he's also now edged his I believe with a yellow pinstripe.

It's 3M 1080 wrap film.  I buy it bulk and cut the width and length I want/need.  My guess is that I cut a width of ~ 5 mm, affixed it to the edge of the side sill and wrapped any additional amount under the sill.   The wrap comes in 60" width and you purchase it by the foot.

As I said, I purchased mine from a 3M distributor in bulk.  It is what I used on my wing end-plates, etc.

3M color palette pictured below.....

@geartox -- Also, nice thing about using the wrap film.... easy on and easy off, no adhesive residue, no damage to the underlying material.

I'm trying some orange trim on the rear canards for fun after all...... easy to reverse.

Current final photo....subject to change at a moments notice.  :D

did you use a specific tool to cut the film correctly, specifically for long band ? I was looking for a pre-cut film 😉

A yard stick, 6" ruler, sharp blade and a long table. ;)

CF??
you know I’m going to keep on at you. 👍🏼

On a side note. You should do some OEM style rear canards curved style rather than squared off. I’d be bang up for them in CF too as pretty small?

Can’t see anyone mentioning it on here but did anyone raise the car or jack it to fit these? I assume the jackpoint is right where the skirts go so probably not so easy?

Or was access underneath adequate?

I would also be interested in CF skirts and read canards with a 45 degree weave. They would go nicely with my @alias23 CF side scoops and CF door mirrors. I see within @GFWilliams thread he is starting to make CF parts, maybe Imram and George could do a partnership like they did with the door mirrors?

Hopefully @GFWilliams doesn’t mind me saying this but we have agreed to bring two seperate CF sill options to the market that cater for two different types of buyer and look. I’ll be working on evolving the Alias23 option into a carbon version (arguably a more aggressive track look) whilst George under HellSlow will work on an OEM+ option which will be focused on OCD levels of quality for the purists.
