Yeah, so dimming is not really an issue for me. A lot of faff, I suspect, for not much reward. The current clocks are LED lit and I'm not blinded by them. Nothing's quite as bright over here, as is it in the US, so I suspect that's it.

I may still take Barry up on his offer though, as I'm always open to persuasion.

Sly double entendre ??

That'd be swell. It's always nice to feel like you're the first... in the back of a van, that is.

And in fairness, this was never about chasing figures, it was about tuning the ECU to make it a better road-going car.

And, is it? Seems like it would be pretty tractable what with nice torque figures coming in at 2500-3000. Nice tune!

Careful, Mate, I don't think your Esprit has any oil left init. That floor is spotless! :D  Seriously, what did you use for the floor surface? Epoxy? And do you have concerns of the tires picking up gravel and damaging? I'm sure the grid helps a bit. Taking notes...

Thank you. That mirror is mostly for finding my hair, but also for checking out my awesome rear lights (which I can't otherwise do).

Yep, so I borrowed a mate's GoPro and thought I'd give it a whirl. Been trying to get someone to do a dynamic for a while, but no takers. So it's a bit Jack and Jill - I'm no YouTuber - but I'm learning. Had to teach myself many new things. Luckily, iMovie is for idiots.

Plus, there are a lot (I mean, a lot) of videos of esprits in pieces spread around the south of England, but very few actually being driven, out, in the world.

Patience is a virtue. In the planning. Though not in the South of England.

If you think that mirror is great for finding hair let me know and I'll pop down to BnQ and get one fitted.

Not a bad attempt, speaking as a creative professional. Lots of decent angles. A pain in the arse to shoot on a single camera. Good effort. More chat I'd say. You're a natural. Whereas I'm far better seen behind the camera 😐

Not a fan of the trick stuff, but Q has a smile on his face, and said "oh do shut up 007!"

Patience is a shit virtue. Although my car was four years in the bits on the floor phase.

It isn't very good for finding hair, no. Good for checking out my 410 rear LEDs, though.

7 years for my S1.

You say the best handling car. I think you've had other Lotus rocketships. How does it compare in reality?

Mine handles like a dream and sticks t'road. Which is handy living on the edge of the North York t'Moors.
