Just because it has a dealers stamp it dies not mean the service has been done well.

My own experience of non Lotus premium priced dealer service:

Replacement handle sensor in auto door lock/unlock resulted in glue being left all over the outside of the door that took the paint top cover off - required a repaint

Car handed back with the oil cap missing and oil pissing out to the under bonnet

Sons car came back with oil filter cross threaded so oil leaking out

Rear brake discs charged for replacements but they never got roubd to fitting tgem.

So hey, buy with confidence with full dealer stamps.  It's a bit like the Cat markers - car has one but has documented repair no one wants to touch it. Car doesn't have a marker because it was never reported, no documented repair but someone buys it with smiles.....
