Stefan Ertler 1
Check with Steffen Brandt at R & B in Gemany. They are specialists when it comes to turbos. They have they own turbo maintenance section inhouse. www.ramspott-brandt.de [email protected] Quote Mind if I cut in ?

rydning 1
Hi ALL which Garrett's model is fit on my GT3 ???...... what models can fit of Garretts???........ cheers Alessandro Take a look on the turbo and write down all info on the data card send the info to a Garret spesialist. Then they will tell you all the specs.Or ask MJM turbo he is also at this forum and he knows this. I belive you can get all the Garrett turbos to fit,it all boils down to how much you want to modify. Are you going for a bigger turbo? Quote 89 Lotus Esprit Turbo S Very fast road and trackday car. GT3076R+ a lot of other modifications. http://lotusespritwo...inZzdningz.html
espritpassion 1
For the moment I no want a bigger turbo, for the moment I have to check if the turbo work!!!!!!!!!! :) however if is work correctly expecially in overboost, I want check the wastegate and perhpas I have to change it...... so I want say my model of turbo fitted in all GT3 (I think) and perhaps in all last 2.0 esprits....... Paula&Marcus 0
Alessandro, (I'm quite sure its you, I know your kind/style of questions by now ... ;o) Please just have a look at the backside of the compressor housing. There should be a little plate riveted to it. There you can see two numbers. one is the Lotus parts number and the other one is a Garrett number. Through the models S/SE/S4/S4s/S300/GT3 I know of at least 4 different T3 turbo variants they used at Lotus. Cheers Marcus perhaps I have not write correctly.......I'm want know only the code-model of my GARRETT Turbo.... Quote Marcus
Splodge s4 2
for the moment I have to check if the turbo work!!!!!!!!!! :) however if is work correctly expecially in overboost, I want check the wastegate and perhpas I have to change it...... espritpassion 1
Perhaps its easer to ask what makes you think its not working? lack of power? I don't have the famous and glorius turbo's kick back...famous on the Esprit and for the old turbo system.......so I think that the problem can be the wastegate
Riddlemr2 4
I understand wanting to know what exact kind of turbo we have. What trim is it? How big is the compressor wheel? What is the aspect ratio? Is there a way to cross reference the data on the compressor housing plate with the equivalent T3 turbo?
