Evora Brake Discs and Pads

The cheapest pads I found when look were from Ebay:-

Don't forget you will probably need new caliper pins too as they seize solid and require cutting to remove. Also buy some anti squeal compound from Euro car parts etc rather than using copper slip. It keeps the brakes quiet and moving nice.

Has much changed since the good advise on this thread? I have 20% left on my pads and I am normally not much of a complainer on paying for new pads and discs (I was told the discs need doing also). The price quoted was too much in my view, when the car stops superbly and I have 20% left.

So I am researching options for when the inevitable time arrives.

Ideally OEM or similar, so I am not looking for 'racy' options. Elise Shop ones read well.

Should have done but I was quoted what I considered a very high price to change discs and pads: over £1,500.  The AP Racing pads were quoted at £168 plus VAT per axle, so roughly 38% more than the Elise Parts link above. If they have reduced prices, they must have been mega-expensive prior to that.

I bet my discs and pads are fine for the next MOT in Sept 2021. We will see.

There is a shop in Germany (brake specialist) that offers a big amount of different brake pads and discs for the Evora + Evora S (unfortunately not for any 400 series yet).

The have stock, sportive, performance and motorsport pads/discs. I have always ordered my brake parts from there, for any car. The shop language is in German only I guess, but you can write an email to them. They have a great service.

The pictures I've attached are for the front axle of an Evora with the 350 mm discs.
