26th April Drive it Day Aberdeen Esplanade to Haddo Estate,

Recommended Posts

This event is not organised by Club Lotus NE Scotland.
Alan Sharpe is the organizer.

Destination this year is Haddo Estate, Tarves AB41 7EQ

Distance is about 20 miles.

We will meet at Aberdeen Beach Esplanade AB24 5NR at 09:30 am.
Line up along the esplanade.
If we all point North and park at an angle this should make a good photo opportunity and an easier departure.

All owners are welcome to join the Run
The Run will set off at 10:00 along the Esplanade towards the Bridge of Don.

At the traffic lights turn Right (you can use both lanes)

Take the second exit at the next two roundabouts onto the A90 Ellon Road.

At the next roundabout take the First exit onto the B999 towards Tarves.

Continue on the B999 for 13.5 miles and turn Right at the Raxton/Haddo House sign.

If you get to Tarves you missed the turn off.

At the T junction go straight ahead into the Haddo Estate.

The car park is about two miles into the estate which is run by Aberdeenshire Council who have given us permission to use the car park.

Ordinary visitors will use the overflow park.

Both the cafes will do a cheap offer of a coffee and bacon butty for us.
