JayTwo 16 Posted June 5, 2020 Report Share Posted June 5, 2020 I think you're referring to the reverse inhibitor - it *should* hit a curved aluminium plate to prevent you selecting reverse without lifting the ring underneath the gear knob. It wears away to nothing though, and the plate wears too. In my experience you can loosen and adjust the position of the plate to get more life out of it, but the plastic (nylon?) knuckle won't be serviceable. SJ Sportcars sent me a replacement for mine a few years back, they're not expensive. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
