I love the slat walls. Those are really handy to have. What did you put down on the floor? I can't tell if it an epoxy finish or what?

Commercial carpet  works really well for my needs. 👍

Perhaps we need a new thread of show off your garage with your Lotus. I know other marques forums do this 😂

😂 I’m not doing all that again here! 😂

didn’t touch the nitron setting or the traction control knob. In fact I have no idea if that is even activated in race and I don’t actually know which setting it’s on

The knob setting is only activated when you're in traction control mode off (so the last mode after race mode).
You then have 6 different levels, up to 0% (fully off) of traction control, thanks to this knob.

A few more cosmetic questions :)

the headlight eyeliner details are the same as original ie a transfer/graphic but I had them printed onto gloss instead of Matt  material

Did you think, while choosing your colours, about fully deleting these headlight eyeliners ?

I really disliked the unfinished look that the harness bar gave with the bulkhead missing and the seatbelt real cover also missing

Looks strange I agree, but somehow enforces the race feeling of the car.
Would then perhaps need the exterior engine isolator / fire extinguisher switches to confirm the look :)
But you went for the interior carpets, so I understand.
Anyway, did you try to challenge the factory to mount the bulkhead with their A-frame fitted, for example properly cutting it / making proper holes ?
Perhaps you thought about doing this by yourself (but finally went for another harness bar) ?

I’m  having full ppf fitted to the front end on Tuesday so will fit the front canards after that’s gone on.

Show us once fitted ;)

Finally, sounds like, in the video above, that you heel-toe downshift, is it comfortable enough with built-in pedals ?

Thank you again 👍

The car was actually delivered to the dealership without the headlight liners attached but in my opinion looks better with them and helps it to stand out over a standard 350

no I didn’t even think about doing this as I already owned the removable bar and 2 x harness sets For both seats which the dealers said they’d swap over into the car from my 380.

I think the lotus pedals are perfect. Never ever had a problem and feels perfectly natural and comfortable to heel and Toe  👍

Steve,

Are the rear diffuser barge boards carbon and I assume the long side ones are ?

Also thought about adding the 380Cup rear wing extended winglets ?

Hi Paul,

I’ve not picked up the canards yet but I’m sure Jct said that they were going to get a template or Some form of technical drawing to me. I’m at Cadwell Tomo but will give them a buzz later in the week 👍

Hi Colin,

the rear boards don’t come in carbon unfortunately so I had them paint them gloss black to match the other features on my car.

not sure about the 380 cup rear wing extended winglets, what are these?

Why do 430 Cup owners want their cars to look like 380's? but fair play to them I say ❤️ 😄❤️
