Bee 85
Interesting project, here - Mountain Pass Performance's electric Evora, with a Tesla motor and two Chevy Volt batteries. It's only 200lb heavier but has over 500 horses so … 1/4 mile in 10s. There's no denying that the lack of sound takes something away from the character, but if this is just what someone mechanically-minded can cook up with spare parts, then Lotus' future electric cars should deliver epic performance! EGTE 145
...for which you can apparently charge £2m
PaulCP 677
Not sure it’s “The Worlds only electric Evora”, maybe @Stuart Monument would comment on this
Gold FFM Techyd 234 Posted July 9, 2020 Gold FFM Report Share Posted July 9, 2020 I'm impressed with this - it still only weighs around 1450kg too, if I've worked that out right (3200lbs). If it still rides like an Evora then that's really not a bad compromise is it to be a bit more green
Popular Post Stuart Monument 787
The 414e is technically a hybrid so I suppose they are right. Edited July 9, 2020 by Bibs
