Alunox updated price lists and options.

 Please see some information below regarding our updated price list for exhaust manifolds and systems. We have tired to keep the costs the same but after 7 years a price increase is unfortunately unavoidable. As you can all imagine operating costs, material, labour etc have all been steadily increasing but we have kept the price the same for over 7 years.

All the new pricing is effective from the start of October 2020.

 The manifolds have evolved over the years and various improvements have been made along the way. These have included changes to the spec of the 321 stainless steel used, changes and upgrades to both welding equipment and processes, the CNC collector/turbo flanges have been remodelled and a new flange is now fitted to the Stevens manifold. Wok has also been done to improve the fitting kit as we know some of supplied parts needed work.

We have tried to simplify the options for exhaust systems as we have quite a range now! These are detailed below, more pictures to come!

 

Option 1: Twin, rolled tailpipes that exit to the RHS of the car (as viewed from the back) with a 2.5 or 3” system diameter.

 

Option 2: Single exit to the RHS of the car with a 2.5 or 3” system diameter.

Option 3: GT3 style single exit to the LHS of the car with a 2.5 or 3” system diameter.

 

 

Option 4: Dual exit with one tailpipe on each side of the car with a 2.5 or 3” system diameter

 

 

 

 Option 5: US Spec Federal cars, we can supply a kit for these cars in component form, again in 2.5 or 3”. These come with all the parts required for you or a good fabricator to make a system to complement your manifold. Mandrel bends, clamps, flexible section, silencer, brackets, wastegate flexi and corresponding pipes. Single exit to the RHS

 All options (apart from the N/A) come with a de-cat pipe as standard. If you wish to add a Catalytic Convertor this can be added for £400. Being fitted on V-bands means swapping the Cat in and out is very easy and requires no gaskets.
