Coolant hose on cylinder head. Where does it go ?

Just put a new head on the S1 and the old head didn't have this hose. Looked in the manual and found nothing. Running Dellortos and the intake manifold has a hose coming off of it.

I think the later heads moved the heater feed to the rear of the head to help with cooling of the #4 cylinder.  My '85 federal turbo has an emissions  thermoswitch mounted where your intake manifold has a hose nipple.

Yep I agree. I think the manifold lost the feed and it was switched to the head. Heres mine. I blanked off the manifold feed. Easiest cheapest way bit of pipe with a blank on the end. I bought another manifold without the feed, but never got around to fitting it!08BAD7E4-5230-4DE1-877A-02DFA0C20337.thumb.png.53b81f0d76dae8cf30c9e18cbeaf4848.png
