jamesbilluk 97
Hi all, I've had the Evora parked outside the house since I got back with it, suddenly, about 5 minutes ago, the alarm set its self off, could this be an alectrical fault, or something setting it off? agentdr8 155
It should be one of those actions/sensors causing it to trip. The easiest to eliminate from the equation is the cabin microwave sensor. Next time you arm the alarm, hit the lock button twice to disable the microwave sensor. If the alarm then activates afterwards, at least you'll know that isn't it.
jamesbilluk 97
Thank you I popped out to the car shortly afterwards, and realised the interior light switch was set to on, so the lights must have been on all evening.
Bravo73 1,388
A low/poor battery can lead to the alarm going off. (Also at night, in my case).
122 10
Isn't there some quirk whereby opening a door without cycling the ignition causes the alarm to go off?
