jamesbilluk 97
Hi all I've noticed, when taking the seat belt off, it's quite slow to retract, and needs coaxing back up, is there a fix to this? Or is it just age, and needing a new item.

Gold FFM jep 966 Posted January 6 Gold FFM Report Share Posted January 6 My 2010 has always been slow to retract - I have to feed it home. I am used to old bangers so I can't say I have given it a second thought. Justin

mg4lotus 159
The seatbelt on my 2010 is a bit slow too but I can live with it. I think I can recall a thread which gave advice about improving it's performance. Not sure if this was the original thread I saw but it is one possible solution. jamesbilluk 97
Finally got round to trying this today, amazingly it operates like new again, and much quicker to retract.
