Hi and welcome

just read your message and coincidently talking to my son tonight about how this time 3 years ago we were driving around the country looking at Evora cars

I can recall autotrader search threw up at least 6-10 cars at my £30k budget

today that search on autotrader reveals not a single car ! ☹️
pistonheads searches might be different but the conclusion you need to be quick and lucky to get an LE car or expect a higher mileage or maybe not all the specs you desire ? However good luck on your search

hmmm i slipped up about 18months ago and didnt go look at one then when i contacted them it had gone 🥶 but hindsight a wonderful thing, i had spoke to a company (not stratton) who had one for sale but put the price up by 2k which just switched me off on the deal so if its meant to be it will be !!! we spent ages looking for the wifes jcw (she gives me a list of specs !!) then just the one came up so it was a no brainer deal

pete that was the one i had enquired about when it was advertised for 30k then price went up to 32k (still showing for sale on website and piston heads tho?)

I'd suggest don't wait for adverts but tell a handful of dealers you are ready and what you want, so they pick up the phone to you when one comes up.  I'd suggest at least Stratton, Silverstone, B&C given their volumes.  Also tellWill Blackham and Guy Munday you are looking, who are trusted independents.  If it must be an LE then be clear on which colours (and try to be flexible!) and if not LE then what is must have.  There is a decent level of interest now in used Evoras with end of line coming and some may trade in older Evoras against a Final Edition Evora or Elise/Exige.  Another batch will probably get traded in for Type 131s early next year too.

Good luck with the search!

Bell and Colville are very good. I Bought mine for Silverstone and its a 2010 NA and I am chuffed values have gone up because it had dropped £5000 after 2nd Lockdown.

Guy Munday who lives very close to you is a good guy to speak to as he often knows of cars before they come on the market. Plus here is a good place as members are often upgrading or changing cars.

I am just outside Hethersett and have the below car so would be great to meet up when you get one for a hoon somewhere and get a bite to eat! Plus there are the Lotus meetings at The Bird In Hand near Hethel when things open up again!

Always up for some excuse to drive somewhere! I am in Diss a lot and know the area well. Are you particularly close? The 2 I know are Billingford and Thelnetham. though isn't there one on Victoria Road?

It was from the Suffolk News I think. If you put the name of your windmill in its one of the first pictures on "Images" on google :)
