Gold FFM Popular Post Evotion Posted June 13 Gold FFM Popular Post Report Share Posted June 13 Just come off the phone speaking with Scott as he had previously told me he was having the car for the day, yesterday, and was keen to hear all about it. For those who don't know, Scott, is a senior management long-term Lotus employee and Lotus fan. That is his stunning yellow Esprit and he also has a very low mileage S1 Elise. He also once owned the lovely little Europa to be seen at Bell & Colville. Easily the most passionate chap at Lotus I have met. Ade: So Scott, come on, how did it go? Scott: It is fantastic. I really want to get one now He drove the Nimbus car. He has had a smile on all day and is working out how to buy one - seriously. Yes, he works for Lotus but I can assure you, and some of you know him, THIS is Gold. Some Lotus DNA in a daily GT car! THAT is an achievement. 10 1 Quote If it has an engine, I am there to thrash it. My Emira Videos | Into Motorcycles? Motorcycle Channel
Popular Post KJD
I get what you’re saying but, “Lotus UK Sales Manager says his product is fantastic” shock! I’m not cancelling my order, but c’mon… 1 1
Gold FFM Evotion Posted June 13 Gold FFM Report Share Posted June 13 Ha - we both knew somebody would say that! 😄 You have to take it in the spirit it was said to me - joyously. 99% of us will feel the same way. Lovely to hear somebody rave about the car anyway. Perfect? No. Wonderful, yes. 1 Quote If it has an engine, I am there to thrash it. My Emira Videos | Into Motorcycles? Gold FFM Evotion Posted June 13 Gold FFM Report Share Posted June 13 Personally, I find the pessimism of many very strange. What is wrong with optimism? I am optimistic it will be fantastic as I come from 2 fast but heavy cars and the car is lighter and as fast, with decent sounding engine. How can it not be fantastic? Blimey, I remember my early Uno and R5 Turbo, or may mate's Peugeot I was in the other day, or the Passat that took me to Gatwick last week. You must all have an Enzo, Carrera GT or Speciale! 2 Quote If it has an engine, I am there to thrash it. My Emira Videos | Into Motorcycles? Popular Post KJD
I try to be realistic, rather than too pessimistic or optimistic. But, trying to keep a sense of reality is bloody hard if I spend too much time on Emira forums! 3

Eagle7
Somebody put a green filter or something on it. It's gray. Look at the area below the front where the intakes are, you can see it's Shadow Gray. Also, look at the front wheel where you can see either a green light or filter at work.

Leon
I saw my first Emira on the road today on the M1 around 4pm heading south whilst I was on the way back from a works conference in Birmingham- AU22BVB Magma Red left hand drive. I’m assuming development car or demonstrator for Silverstone? Looked lovely 🤙 Edited June 16 by Leon

Just my luck, that space was occupied by a 370z at the time 🙂 Trevor. 1 Quote I'll get around to it at some point.
