Washy
Like many others I have my deposit down for an Emira, so thought I would join up and share in the excitement of this wonderful new car. It will be my first Lotus and I have to say I haven't been as wowed by a car for a long time. My car history is quite varied, but I do have a soft spot for the BMW MINI and am currently on car no 10 (Please don't hold that against me!) and I also like a motorbike or two. Bibs
Welcome to TLF and congrats! I had a 51 plate Mini when they were first launched a long time ago and now oddly enough film the training for BMW on the Mini, recently the GP3 and the electric ones! What are your Emira thoughts, have you decided on engine, colour, spec etc? ramjet
Welcome to TLF. There certainly are a lot of people putting deposits on the Emira. Even if only 50% stay with the idea, that is still going to be a lot of them. Washy
I had one of the first 51 plate cars too, currently have the latest JCW hatch. Current thinking is for a V6 manual and in the launch car blue, black pack with the black/yellow interior. Really looking forward to seeing more details as they emerge.
