Is this a NA or a S

As part of my hunt for an Evora, I came across this one, sadly it's sold. The trader advertised it as a NA, however looking up the registration on the MOT and tax check its a Evora S. Reg in the attachment. HD10TYH

Looks like an NA. Easiest giveaway is that supercharged cars have black mirror covers.

Thanks. Strange that DVLA records it as a supercharged car. Even the emissions are at 227gm/km

On DVLA HD10TYH was registered March 2010, S models were launched September 2010. 

 

Add also has the NA hp figure.

N/A rear diffuser (it's shorter).

Aftermarket exhaust has been made for an "S", which is why it's too long.

When the S was launched, black mirrors were standard. That's not to say someone could have been crazy and changed them at some point.

Perhaps my wife is crazy but she specified body coloured as new since the black ones just looked like Mickey Mouse's ears sticking out of the yellow car to her.

Mine has black mirrors! (Sports racer) mine is also labelled as an S for both MOT and tax, but the amount I pay for tax is correct so it's fine.

 

Not sure why they can't get it right but it might also be that the Lotus dealer screwed up the paperwork when originally submitted.

I’ve got a feeling that it is a factory issue, when the VIN is allocated to the chassis. Maybe it’s a case of whichever YTS/work experience/apprentice bod is allocated the job isn’t paying attention on the day? 🤷‍♂️
