Just purchased on a whim the March - April edition of Practical Classics Magazine. On page 28/29 they claim the following values for an S1 Esprit:

Project: £5,000

Usable: £12,000

Excellent: £25,000

Anyone else think their estimates a little - or a lot - low?

The prices in classic car magazines have always been way off, back to the mid-1980's when I first begun buying them. A total joke. often with shoddy, cliche-ridden copy too.

The Hagerty Price Guide is closer, but still leaves room for improvement I think...🙂
