Congratulations mate. I know how you feel. I’ve had my Exige a year now and I still get excited by it.

We need to see some pictures. 🙂

Is it the one with ivory seats?  Saw the ad recently - looked lovely.

As a fellow Exige S roadster owner I think they're fabulous cars!

Yes, that’s the one from Hoffmans. The interior works well with the Laser blue. I think that the Roadster manages to be both  elegant and full of sporting purpose. And the grill looks very Lotus. And the sound is heavenly.

What do you like about your Roadster ? And please show us some pics 😃

Exige V6 roadster is the hidden gem. Such clean lines.

If Lotus had marketed it as Elise V6, they'd have sold a lot more.

Very few seem to know what a genuine factory Exige roadster is, confused further by fixed head Exige having retro roof removable kits/soft top option.

V6 Exige is just a brilliant car. 3rd gear pull mesmerising. You're in for a lot of fun. Congratulations 🎊

Thank you all for your encouragement. It’s only increasing the excitement !

I like hidden gem cars  - nice thought that this is one

Let’s hope the warmer weather turns up soon. (Although as long as it’s above 7 degrees the tyres will work okay)

It’s on Pirelli’s-but I’ve been told the Michelin Pilot Sports are better for general road driving.

Over 7 degrees is ideal for summer tyres, although they'll not be terrible below. Cup 2's on the other hand are a handful in the cold.

Pilot Sports are epic tyres, night and day better than the Pirelli's in my opinion :)

I went to the link, but it doesn't work anymore. @Niiigeb, you keep saying you'll post photos. What's going on? Is it night or something? :)

There. Now that wasn’t that hard, was it? I was also going to suggest that if you were so busy driving it, I’m quite sure you could have found one of those cameras that the government puts on the roads for us all and you could have got an action photo for free. 🚦(well it’s free initially)
Other than that, very nice looking car. 👍

Latest update.

I’ve now covered about 1,500 miles since getting the car.

It is fabulous in every respect. And been admired in the office car park which is nice

I do though, hate the Pirelli tyres. So I’ll change them asap. Anyone recommend a tyre specialist in Warwickshire/the midlands. I think I’ll go Michelin Pilot Sports if I can get them.

I do share that feeling, I have always hated the pirelli, and that's on Lotus/Jag and others... Yes they are much better brand new, but after that, such a bad feeling you get from these ...

I always use my local Kwik Fit. Never had a problem to be honest, just check your branch has a low profile jack. Not all of them do. To be honest, the young lads in Kwik Fit are always super careful with the Lotus Evora's I take in there for tyres. They love the car and appreciate the chance to work on it. They even did the Evora MOT last week, and no issues at all.

Alcohol. Sex. Tobacco. Drugs. Chocolate.  Meh! NOTHING in this world is as addictive as an Evora +0. It's not for babies!

The first guy to ride a bull for fun, was a true hero. The second man to follow him was truly nuts!

I went to Mr Tyre in Leamington as they have the latest Hunter machine for wheel alignment and my 4 new Michelins.

Now covered about 900 plus miles in France. Car is transformed.
