Doug Ashley
I’ve got a strange issue with the RH indicator, which has chosen to develop while I’m 450 miles from home on a short break to the Highlands.. The indicator stalk doesn’t trigger the RH indicators, but turning left is fine. All bulbs are ok, as when I trigger the alarm on/off, they all flash as expected. Turning the hazards on only triggers the LH lights, however. I had a look at the fuse diagram, and it’s just one fuse for turning/hazards. I thought it might be the indicator stalk, but that wouldn’t explain the behaviour of the hazards. Has anyone had the same issue? I may pop into Lotus Glasgow on the way home (if they’re open Easter Monday). For now I’m using the traditional arm signals 😂
agentdr8
The directional indicators are controlled by the ICM -- inputs from the LH column stalk are separate from the hazard button, so unless both of those are not working correctly, I'd say the issue lies with the ICM.
Doug Ashley
Thanks, doesn't seem like a quick fix, I'll continue with the arm signals for now! 👉
EvoraBob
Found this info -Indicator intermittent fault-March 2020. The PCB board in the head light solder joints on the power connector had broken and just needed re-soldering and the unit re-sealing. 2011 Chrome Orange
^That would possibly account for the front indicator being out. But, if both front and rear are out it sounds like agentdr8 is pointing in the right direction (pun intended). Like he usually does.
Doug Ashley
Does anyone have the part number for the ICM? I can’t seem to find this on the B&C parts diagrams.

AbeFroman
Did the ICM fix the issue?
Doug Ashley
I’m booked into Allon White in a couple of weeks, I’m hoping it’s something simpler but ICM won’t be the end of the world. Still using arm signals for now 😆
Solution Doug Ashley Posted July 8 Author Solution Report Share Posted July 8 Just to follow up, the issue was the ICM. It’s now replaced and I’m using Bosch traditional indicator bulbs from now on…
