S4 Bargain?

Currently SORN, 7 year gap in recent MOTs, was apparently CAT C and has done 7k in the last 17 years. Even so, sub £20k with less than 60k on the clock, bargain?

Lovely car for a long term owner. 

Not a bargain. Any category insurance claim is a blot and a previously salvaged car will scare off 90+% of potential buyers. Hence why Barry has priced competitively.

A tricky sell down the road but if know that going in, that don't matter too much.

I like the mid spoiler look on the esprit, better than the big v8 wing that hangs out the back. Wonder if I ask the wife?

I have bought 3 Cat C cars (as damaged and I repaired) still got 1 and gave my son one which he still has. So that must put me in the 10-%  ??

Nothing wrong with a Cat listed car. As long as it’s right and at the right price it just doesn’t matter.

let’s face it - these cars are like women - almost all have some sort of back story wether you know it or not - doesn’t stop us enjoying them 👍
