talon
Over the weekend I drove the car at night for the first time in a month or so. The headlights worked fine and I stopped started the car several times, so the lights were turned on and off several times throughout the evening. On Sunday, I pulled the car out of the garage to give it a bath and, as soon as I crank the motor, the pods come up briefly then retract again. It does not appear as if the actual lights are coming on, just hte pods raising. It happens every time I start the car. Any clues or thoughts? Bibs
That's well documented on here and is a sign that your battery is on it's way out. Some cars do this all the time even with a new battery but the general consensus is that it's time to change yours. Gold FFM Günter Posted October 16, 2007 Gold FFM Report Share Posted October 16, 2007 (edited) as i am traditionally a low voltage: yes, happens every time i restart the system with external power and even if it is pushed by hand. Normaly it lifts both sides. But looks sometimes strange, like a bit " Open my eyes? hooo hoo, you whant to run with me? forget it im so tired.." but also as mechanic i cant understand why this happens to the pots ! talon
Cool. Right now, it's both pods and they go all the way back down every time. I'll take the battery in to be tested next time I have it out. Thanks for the help!
