I've seen this car at PNM and it's got the most horrendously awful paint job I've ever seen in my life. Just my 2p before anyone shouts me down.....

It's a little rough around the edges and the paint job is questionable but at the right price I'd buy it. Emphasis is on 'the right price'.

It would make a good project car and would suit an enthusiast who is willing to tincker.

I was interested but it went a little bit higher than I had set myself (I was trying to bear the cost of a full respray in mind when bidding.) May have another go if it doesn't go to mental but I have a feeling it will, the buyer will see it and realise that the paintwork will require more work then they though, and walk away again.

To be frank, I would think the highest bidder took one look at it, realised what a monstrosity it is and backed out. What a criminal thing to do to a nice car. As a write off, Get it back in standard trim and it might be worth about 1/2 what I paid for mine.
